Revolution of the Soul
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

In this spirited and heart-centered class, learn how our evolution is the revolution, and how it begins the moment we take accountability for the choices we make that separate us from each other, the planet and Spirit. We must go inward to understand and heal these divides, and the impact they have on our psyche, culture and collective liberation. Our liberation, the ultimate promise of yoga, is dependent upon ALL souls being free. Therefore, we must do the inner work of transformational change, take ownership for our complicity in creating these fractures, and initiate actions to change both ourselves and the systems that cause so much suffering.

The revolution begins within, and we are being called to wake up, show up, take a stand, find our voice, heal the separations that exist, and then put that love and compassion into conscious action--for the benefit of ALL.

Meditation Workshop: A Journey into Loving Awareness
Limited Capacity filling up

Have you ever heard the expression, “We are not human beings having spiritual experiences but rather, we are spiritual beings having human experiences”?
This will be the central theme of our time together as we look into how we can awaken to our true nature given life’s every day experiences.
From the joyful and the beautiful, to the mundane and more challenging moments of our lives; we will have the opportunity to gain the tools to create a life of compassion, courage, joy and freedom.
In this workshop, Jill will dive into some of the Ram Dass teachings (Ram Dass is an American spiritual teacher, former academic and clinical psychologist, and author of many books, including the 1971 book Be Here Now.) This class will also feature some of the newest music by East Forest, who’s recent music also features some of Ram Dass’s words of wisdom.
What would be possible if we could stay present even in the most challenging of times? Join Jill for this inspiring and heartfelt discussion.

This back bending workshop will journey through the self and the spirit, by way of opening up the physical body. You will use your own powerful strength, the tools around you, and the support of others to challenge and exceed your limitations. The Yoga of Awakening
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Healing happens when we begin to mend the separation in our consciousness between the mind, body, and spirit. Understanding this interdependency can radically shift the way we “see” the body, empowering us to support our own health and wellness in a more integrated- and therefore holistic-way. Through yoga, we can explore the mind/body connection, the impact our emotional life has on our health, how to “read” or map the body symbolically, and how to interpret these physiological/emotional messages as spiritual guidance meant to open us to love, acceptance and to appreciate the interconnection that binds us all as one. All levels; some discussion, mostly asana.

Remembering our Purpose
Limited Capacity seats available

It is said that the Akash (ether, sky, space) holds our collective consciousness both individually and cosmically. These Akashic records contain spiritual wisdom and the knowledge of who we are, what we have been and where we are going. This dynamic practice will help us access these records by tuning into our intuition. Turning up the sound of our own soul’s voice will provide clarity and prompt us to remember our purpose. Established in balance between the practical and the mystical, we will find our center. Standing balance poses, as well as arm balances (optional!), will help us tap into the space between doing, being and manifesting. This practice will follow a creative, dynamic method based upon vinyasa krama (stages of evolution). Therefore, this practice is open to yogis of all levels.

Twists to Tranquility
Limited Capacity seats available

Although underrated, twists are powerful poses and have many benefits. They open the primordial channel of energy along the spine – the Sushumna Nadi (channel of grace), which puts you in touch with the universal energy within you. In addition, twists are the “tonic” for the spine. When anxious they calm you down. When exhausted, they rejuvenate you. Discover how to get the most from your twists by learning the subtle nuances of alignment that make even the simplest twist come alive with the mystical power of prana – the life force.

Recover Your Soul
Limited Capacity seats available

RECOVER your soul taps into the essence of our yoga practice. Contextualizing the concept of avidya, we enter our practice with the faith that beyond the impermanence of our body, thoughts, and emotions, there is pure light, pure love, pure consciousness. As we peel away the illusion of the koshas, we can begin to uncover this one true constant within us.

Accompanied by the transcendental music of East Forest, Amy will guide you through breath work, chanting, kriyas, meditation, and her signature slow flow style of yoga. Come with an open mind and leave with a deeper connection to your heart and soul.

Dharma Not Drama
Limited Capacity seats available

Taking the time to examine our selves reveals our habits, cravings, repetitive behaviors, and ultimately illuminates our shadows. These shadows can drive our subconscious choices and fuel our aversions. Unless we become aware of these patterns, we tend to hit the repeat button and perpetuate our current habits.
Yoga helps to remind us to be radically authentic, which means embracing our dark and our light. This practice will support our process by moving deeply into the hips, the heart and the shoulders. Without judging, let’s examine our lives more thoroughly, reveal the blind spots and begin to reap the rewards of the work we have been doing on the mat.
