It is said that the Akash (ether, sky, space) holds our collective consciousness both individually and cosmically. These Akashic records contain spiritual wisdom and the knowledge of who we are, what we have been and where we are going. This dynamic practice will help us access these records by tuning into our intuition. Turning up the sound of our own soul’s voice will provide clarity and prompt us to remember our purpose. Established in balance between the practical and the mystical, we will find our center. Standing balance poses, as well as arm balances (optional!), will help us tap into the space between doing, being and manifesting. This practice will follow a creative, dynamic method based upon vinyasa krama (stages of evolution). Therefore, this practice is open to yogis of all levels.
