Join Leigh Alberti and singer-songwriter/yogi Ashley Bilodeau for their signature acoustic flow class! This is an all-levels vinyasa class set to Ashley's soulful music (both original songs and covers). Leigh and Ashley teach this class weekly at their home studio, Power Yoga of Cape Cod Dennis Port, and are excited to bring it on the road and share its sweetness with the LYF community!
