Taking the time to examine our selves reveals our habits, cravings, repetitive behaviors, and ultimately illuminates our shadows. These shadows can drive our subconscious choices and fuel our aversions. Unless we become aware of these patterns, we tend to hit the repeat button and perpetuate our current habits.
Yoga helps to remind us to be radically authentic, which means embracing our dark and our light. This practice will support our process by moving deeply into the hips, the heart and the shoulders. Without judging, let’s examine our lives more thoroughly, reveal the blind spots and begin to reap the rewards of the work we have been doing on the mat.
