In this introduction to the primary series, experience a living tradition with an Authorized Ashtanga teacher. This breath-and-movement system teaches us how to meld mind and body, builds and circulates Prana, and detoxifies the blood and digestive layers. Expect to move with rhythm, get sweaty, and be inspired by Yoga. Traditional practice will be

approached in a way that is possible and fun for all (giggling is allowed). Class will include a short demo and a few words about the origins of the practice.
