Meridian Yoga includes poses and partner assists to open and balance each of the energetic pathways, improving the health & functioning of the associated organs. We will focus on PNF/Resistance Stretching, scientifically proven to be the most efficient and safest way to elongate muscles and increase range of motion. With Shiatsu & Thai Massage techniques to compliment the partner-assisted stretches, you will increase overall circulation of energy & chi. AKA... you will ‘work’ to engage in the asana poses and then be rewarded with massage!
